"I have twenty years plus of successfully treating couples and adults and have also supervised other clinicians in an outpatient counseling and employee assistance office. My approach is respectful and practical. I am skilled in treating couples anxiety disorders, depression, family issues, grief and loss, including divorce. I also work work with clients trying to manage stress and workplace concerns. I enjoy and am effective at coaching parents on managing children's behavior.

I work with clients in a solution focused, practical manner, using cognitive and behavioral approaches. Clients usually improve significantly and quickly with these non-judgmental, useful approaches.
